Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once approved, download and print the carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email to ensure a tracked and secure delivery.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging and attach the return label firmly to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
